Business Hours Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:30p.m. Saturday 8:30 – noon Closed on Sunday Extended Saturday hours during Spring and the Christmas holiday season. During the major holiday seasons, place your order at least one day prior, to help assure on-time deliveries. Major holiday seasons are as follows: New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professional's Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Delivery Policy A delivery fee will be added to your order for each address. Delivery fee’s are as follows:
Orders received by 2 p.m. central standard time will be delivered the same day. Orders received after 2 p.m. may be delivered the same day otherwise will be delivered the next business day. We cannot guarantee a specific time of day we will deliver but will attempt to accommodate your request. No deliveries on Sunday except to funeral homes or special arrangements that are made in advance. International orders cannot be placed over the Internet. Please call our shop directly and we will be happy to assist you. Delivery prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuating fuel prices. Cancellations or Order Change If you find it necessary to cancel or change your order or delivery date, please call us direct at 1-888-298-5292. We cannot cancel or change an order that has been delivered or en route for delivery. We cannot accept cancellations or change request via e-mail. Sales Tax Every order placed with us will be charged a 7% sales tax, added to your total order, regardless of your destination. Guarantee Our policy is 100% satisfaction on all floral items. If not completely satisfied, please contact us at 1-888-298-5292. Substitution Policy It may be necessary at times to make substitutions to your floral bouquet due to the availability of flowers. If we find it necessary to make substitutions, we will maintain the style, color and theme of your arrangement with flowers of equal or greater value. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose or orchid arrangement, we will make every effort to match flower type, but it may be necessary to substitute with another flower color. We also reserve the right to make substitutions in regards to blooming and green plants. If we find it necessary to substitute a plant type it will be of equal or greater value.
